Mcdonald's - Bradford

Absolutely atrocious, forget my burger, gave me the wrong milkshake and the wrong sauce in my wrap, staff are too busy laughing and joking than to get our orders right, this place awful!!!

Absolutely disgusting! Ordered here a few times and every time they missed some items but I know mistakes can happen however after ordering again tonight, it’s definitely not a coincidence! They missed off half of our order and the food was cold and stale, on the Diet Coke that actually was there to my surprise, the top was popped in to say it was diet and it was full fat and my partner is diabetic! This place is a risk to any dietary requirements and needs closing down ASAP!! Will never be returning to this place, the workers and management clearly do not care about anything!

Not open on time. Was stood outside for 10mins. Walked in and looks like it wasn’t cleaned from night before. I’m the very first customer and litter, open salt, food all over the floors and tables

Workers are disabobed, can't take orders right, slow basts need put on pip instead of working here.

I went through the drive-thru and had to wait for over half an hour. The food arrived cold and the burgers were just thrown into boxes. The service was messy and disgusting. This is by far the worst restaurant in the area.
