we have ordered twice last month and its was absolutely beautiful cant mistake our meal ever, really nice, well cooked, salt and pepper chips, spring rolls and fried rice amazing, would defo recommend the best we have in one because, keep it youngs and compliments for the driver as always he amazing too View all feedback.

Terrible customer service. Took 2 hours to deliver. No apology and no offer of a discount. Kids went to bed without their takeaway in the end. Not impressed and won't use this place again
Fake chicken curry sauce like water rude receptionist got order wrong an refused to admit it spare ribs were just bones
Our order was promptly delivered a wonderful selection of tasty food arrived. The portions were very generous.
I ordered 5 meals for a birthday celebration, but only 4 meals arrived. After calling the restaurant, they brought the missing meal 40 minutes later and refused to provide a refund. They were rude and dismissive, saying it was tough luck, then abruptly ended the call. As a loyal customer, I will never return to Jades again. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service and quality of food. Food: 1 Service: 1
