Greyhound - Bradford

We went to the greyhound on recommendation but I am sorry to say the food was a total let down. The prices do not warrant the food quality. The service was good but again a bit strange as you ordered at the bar and the server brings your drinks to you? It’s a pub which is bar service not table service. Saying that the staff were friendly and we will go again for a drink outside in the summer.

It’s great to see this place back open. Was on a downward spiral for a long time after being the place to go for family meals. Thought we’d give it a go to see how the food was once again. Sadly nowhere near the standards of years gone by. I don’t mind paying top dollar as long as the quality matches what you’re paying but this was quite expensive for what you get. At best it was just okay but not enough to entice us back. You can only give a place so many chances when there are plenty other places to choose from in the vicinity.

It's time to go. After coming for some 30 years for the quality of the food, the meal yesterday was over priced, poor quality and unimaginative. I won't be back. There are too many alternatives which try for a faded has been to succeed.

Lovely visit for a spot of lunch today. We had the small plates. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The service from Sarah and her team was really good! We visited with a baby and she came to our table to get drinks and food! Great selection of drinks and nice and clean inside! Looking forward to returning!

The bar staff and restaurant staff were excellent. However, the fish and chips were average - the fish was overcooked and the chips were oven chips. The experience was somewhat disappointing due to workmen sitting at the bar in high visibility vests, using their computers and talking loudly about work. Their presence was not conducive to a pleasant dining atmosphere and they should have been seated in a separate area.
