I am alr... read more I recently had a wonderful dining experience at a small restaurant in Ilkley. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were incredibly friendly. I am already looking forward to returning. The focaccia and olive oil served on the table were delightful, and the bread was so fluffy and fresh – it was hard not to overindulge! The garlic cheese bread was a standout dish, and I recommend sharing it as it is enough for three people. We also tried the nduja sausage pasta and the papalina pasta, both of which were packed with flavor and truly delicious. I highly recommend trying them. Our bill came to 39 pounds for two drinks, two main courses, and a garlic bread, which I thought was very reasonable.

My friend Karin and I booked a table for our Valentine's Day celebration, as the 14th wasn't possible for us. We were seated in a very clean and pleasant environment, and the staff were professional and friendly. They were attentive without being overbearing. The restaurant itself was welcoming and delightful, with a pleasant atmosphere. The food, from starters to dessert, was served attractively and hot. Each dish was bursting with enticing flavors (compliments to the chef). I would highly recommend Galos restaurant without hesitation.
