Frangoz - Bradford

I couldn't try the tomahawk steak. I had to calm down for the lamb ribs and mixed sizzlers. the salate needs improvement, but the lamb was beautiful with a delicious sweet marinade. the mixed sizzler was moist and juicy. I recommend the goblet pina colada. his huge and wanted to share between 2 or more people. it poured on dry ice that cools it and nebulizes it. I love the addition of jelly sweets in. they are warned that they do not accept card payments, but there is a money machine only on the road.

The first time they visit the Bradford branch. great parking space and the decor was beautiful. had full bed facilities including wudu area. the lamb hacks where big after my friends. the bbq chicken wing, where amazing, perfect char with a hauch of lemon, best to today. the tasty chicken taste was great, but both came underboiled. first they put it back on the grill and served it again. and the second fountain we lost. however, the manager was friendly and apologised and refunded us for both meals. we would definitely go back because we never had anything like that. would recommend when they come with the time.

I'm just giving 5 stars for a worker. when we arrived, we asked to sit for 8 people! the Asian waiter tried to put us on a table, we were all in a line that was not ideal because we were not in the position to communicate. the other waiter suggested we sit up to which the asian waiter said no. the other waiter told us to wait 5 minutes, and he'll pick us up something! He pulled a few young children of a table and put us there! was really helpful. always smiled and very polite! many thanks. this 5 stars is not the “restaurant” the only one that was helpful. the rest is rude and only stares at you as if your something had gone wrong! eating was okay, my steak was undercooked, I like my well done! with cost me £15 .. I left most of it. 5 stars for the waiter thanks for their help. but eating looks really beautiful and apetizing! that cannot spell!

The food at this restaurant was cold and the customer service was terrible. The owners are dishonest and will cheat you out of your money. If you try to complain, you will be told to leave. This establishment is a disgrace to my culture and the other Pakistani restaurants in Bradford. Frangoz tarnishes the reputation of all of us. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place.

I placed an order at 5 PM for an 8:30 PM delivery, thinking there would be plenty of time for the restaurant to prepare. Unfortunately, the food did not arrive until over 2 hours past the scheduled delivery time. Despite calling the restaurant multiple times with no answer, I eventually had to go elsewhere for dinner. While the food itself was not terrible, the service was so poor that I will not be ordering from this restaurant again or recommending it to others. If they cannot handle the volume of orders, they should not accept them. It is important to keep customers informed of delays, as waiting over 2 hours past the expected delivery time is unacceptable. This was a disappointing experience and reflects poorly on the business as a whole.
