Costa Coffee - Bradford

I have been a regular customer of this Costa for some time now and it never fails to impress. It really is the staff that make it and the staff at the Keighley Costa are excellent, always helpful, friendly and despite always being so busy they never fail to pass the time of day and say hello. There are so few places to have a relaxing coffee and enjoy a sit down in Keighley and this is by far the best. The staff are an absolute credit to the company.

This is your average coffee chain, as I do not drink coffee I cannot comment on the coffee as I do not drink the stuff, but my husband says it is better than Starbucks. I always have the frappacinio without coffee, I prefer Starbucks ones. The actual shop was busy and all the tables were covered with crockery, so we had to clear our own table and we dumped on another one which clearly had been dumped on several times The floor needed a good clean too, obviously either lack of staff or staff who didn't care, not sure which one it was Good place to catch up or take the weight of your feet as long as you don't mind the mess

I had a good coffee at this restaurant, although it was a bit expensive. I was meeting someone for an important discussion, but I have moderate hearing loss which makes it hard for me to hear in noisy environments. When I arrived, the background music was so loud that we would have had to shout to have a conversation. I asked the waiter to turn down the music due to my hearing difficulty, but he said they had to keep it at a certain level. I felt this was discriminatory towards my disability. The volume was slightly reduced, and our meeting went well, but I was not completely satisfied. I am left wondering why all customers at this restaurant have to listen to music chosen by management, and why there is little consideration for those who have difficulty hearing over background noise, not all of whom are elderly.

The restaurant has many cozy seating options, clean tables, and friendly baristas. The drinks were perfectly made and the food was tasty as well. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.

My wife and I are frequent visitors to Keighley and always make a stop at Costa for a drink. The service is consistently quick, and having been to several Costa locations around Yorkshire, this one is among the best.
