Pizza Hut - Bradford

Took my family out to have dinner because we don’t have a Pizza Hut in our town anymore (we drove about an half hour). The staff was every unprofessional, they argued about who was going going to serve us… right in front of us. Our waiter rushed us as soon as we were seated. We ordered our food and they gave us everything in the wrong order. We got our wings, breadsticks, cinnamon rolls, pizza, then our salads. We were a party of 4 and only 2 of us got our salads. The other two salads had chicken so apparently that’s what we we’re waiting on. It should have only taken a few minutes to warm the already cooked chicken up… salads are the most basic thing to make. Not once we’re we’re checked up on or asked if we needed any refills, we all had empty cups. Our waiter went around to other tables to check in on them and skipped over us. By the time we were done eating I went to the register to pay and that’s when our waiter decided to give us our salads. I didn’t want them at that point especially when I saw him showing his co workers the chicken he was going to serve and laughing about in the kitchen. I definitely won’t be taking my family to that location again.

Tries to order online unsuccessful; had to have advertised vouchers for honors of special prices. called order and the hired was rude, confused and hung up (unintentional? . eating is quite good when they get it right. the bathroom are dirty and waiting staff is very moderate. I would first propose various local pizza restaurants.

We ordered two pizzas, taco and filled crust, family order of broth sticks and three drinks. the drinks tasted terrible either the water is bad or the machine must be cleaned. then forgot our waitress to put the order for our bread sticks. when we got our pizza, we got the wrong torf on the Tacos pizza and sent it back. then our broth sticks came and it was a small amount of cheese sticks, again wrong. a few minutes later our pizza comes back and it is added the same pizza with the right toppings on the old pizza. The pizza was delicious, but could have been cooked a few minutes longer. The service was also excellent. We will definitely be returning, especially since there isn't a Pizza Hut nearby.

The service at this restaurant was extremely slow, from ordering to receiving our food one item at a time. Despite there being only three other customers, the server seemed disinterested and unenthusiastic.
