I began... read more We visited Station 400 after stopping by Sarasota's Cars & Coffee, and I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable it is and how delicious the food is! I began with the spicy mango mimosa, which, while not spicy, was still very tasty. For our main dishes, we ordered the smoked salmon Benedict (the eggs were cooked to perfection) and the All Bagel and Lox. The bagels were also delightful. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area!

I kicked t... read more After visiting Sarasota's Cars Coffee, we headed to Station 400 and I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable it is and how great the food tastes! I kicked things off with a spicy mango mimosa, which wasn't actually spicy, but still quite enjoyable. For our main dishes, we ordered the Smoked Salmon Benedict (where the eggs were perfectly poached) and the Everything Bagel with Lox. The grits were also delicious. I highly recommend this place if you’re nearby!

Every part of the dining experience was exceptional. I stopped by at 8 AM on a Saturday, and there was no wait at all. The Nutella waffle, generously adorned with fresh fruit, was simply delightful and didn’t even require the additional syrup it came with. The Greek omelet was also a treat, featuring crushed olives artfully placed atop the tzatziki sauce—definitely a superior choice to whole or sliced olives for this dish. The portion sizes are just right, ensuring you won't leave with any leftovers. Additionally, there are plenty of vegetarian options available. Although we haven’t tried lunch yet, we’ve returned for breakfast multiple times! Everything we’ve sampled has been impressively delicious, from the Eggs Benedict and French omelet to the banana pancakes.
