Haven't been to Panera in three years because of past bad experiences, and I see not much has changed. Oh well.

THEY HAD... read more Don?t do curbside pickups from this location. I made a $150 order for a work meeting came to pick it up and after waiting for 15 minutes I called them. THEY HADNT EVEN STARTED MY ORDER YET. In fact they didn?t even realize there was an order. I placed theorder the night before at 5PM. As someone who worked in food service growing up I can understand a lunch rush. What I can?tunderstand is management just completely failing to check their mobile orders. Won?t be coming here ever again that?s forcertain.

You, as the cook, must bring soul to the recipe. /Thomas Keller/ We got to this place after 8 pm, and it was a surprise for us the closing time is 10 pm, which is rear in nowadays. Imagine, you drive 4 hours, got to the hotel, and itis already 8 pm. So the place is not new. It looks like renovation is needed, but the serve is pretty quick and has plenty ofdrinks for kids. But... the food needs soul in it... you know what I mean... and it is expensive, I guess right now everythinghas become expensive. So I leave 4 stars for people who are working where, but they should add more patience into it.

Broken table, hole in the siding by the door from hurricane projectiles, scratched up menue at drive thru that blew off and across the parking lot. The main problem is the ice and soda machine ALWAYS leaking and has ruined the cabinets below.
