Haven't been to Panera in three years because of past bad experiences, and I see not much has changed. Oh well.

This location was terrible. The attitude of the cashier was very lackluster and borderline rude. Service wise the employees were nowhere to be found. They were... read more This location was terrible. The attitude of the cashier was very lackluster and borderline rude. Service wise the employees were nowhere to be found. They were supposed to be making my order and others begins me. The cashier had to yell at them to come outfront and work because they were lollygagging in the back. When my sandwich finally got made the packaging of the sandwich wasterrible, it was sloppy and some of the food was hanging out. When I went home to try my tuna sandwich it was incredibly dry insome areas. The Apple I had as a side was old. Whoever is in charge needs to hire better quality people. It?s safe to say that Iwill not be going to this location any longer. All around this was a bad Panera location

You, as the cook, must bring soul to the recipe. /Thomas Keller/ We got to this place after 8 pm, and it was a surprise for us the closing time is 10 pm, which is rear in nowadays. Imagine, you drive 4 hours, got to the hotel, and itis already 8 pm. So the place is not new. It looks like renovation is needed, but the serve is pretty quick and has plenty ofdrinks for kids. But... the food needs soul in it... you know what I mean... and it is expensive, I guess right now everythinghas become expensive. So I leave 4 stars for people who are working where, but they should add more patience into it.

Broken table, hole in the siding by the door from hurricane projectiles, scratched up menue at drive thru that blew off and across the parking lot. The main problem is the ice and soda machine ALWAYS leaking and has ruined the cabinets below.
