I placed a quick pickup order through the app and arrived when my food was supposed to be ready, only to find the lobby closed before 6 PM, even though the sign indicated otherwise. I was directed to use the drive-thru instead. After waiting 40 minutes, I finally received my order, but it was cold, and one entire entree was missing. I have requested a refund from corporate. I’m not seeking an apology; I just want these issues to be resolved, or I won’t be coming back.

I gave them a second chance and went back, but there was only one employee working, and they couldn't open the restaurant because of it. They really shouldn’t be open.

Francisco assisted me with my order and proved to be an exceptional employee, showing excellent customer service and professionalism. He was consistently available to help. The restaurant is also clean and well-kept.
