They don't deserve a 1 star. We got the large Coleslaw. It was half full. We got 2 of the bowls with the mash potatoes, corn, gravy, chicken, and cheese. It sure didn't look like the picture. Couldn't find the gravy or corn. The chicken was as hard as arock and dry!!! As far as the owner/manager. Don't bother giving your generic reply. Do something about it. People spend theirhard earned money at your establishment to get that they ordered and have it edible.
Love KFC chicken, this one sucked. Paid with a voucher to the unfriendly manager. My order was wrong went back because they would not answer the phone. Get home to find my 3rd order was also messed up. Food is good if they could be nice and fulfill theorder correctly
