Judy's - Bradenton
Judy's
Description
Nestled in a charming locale, the restaurant boasts a spacious and inviting atmosphere ideal for families and larger groups. While some patrons have praised the food's deliciousness and the friendly service, others have reported inconsistencies, citing cold dishes, missed orders, and staff shortages. Despite occasional lapses, the homemade offerings, such as cornbread hash and hearty breakfast plates, show promise. With a range of menu items priced reasonably, it's a spot worth trying—though many recommend patience during peak hours. Ultimately, the experience varies greatly, but the potential for a delightful breakfast remains.

Cool place! It has elements of both the past and the present. Food is good, excellent service. My husband got the meat lover breakfast and I got the burger and fries. Maybe have a dispenser with hand sanitizer or little hand wipes at the table so I can clean my hands after devouring that juicy burger. That would be cool. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch
The quality of the food has declined. My husband managed to eat his meal, but I couldn't finish mine. The eggs are consistently overcooked. The last time I ordered poached eggs, they were hard boiled, and this time the over-easy ones ended up being hard as well. We were the only customers in the restaurant, yet the server never returned to check on us. As for vegetarian options, there are some choices at breakfast, but dinner offers only grilled cheese and salad. Overall, the service was not satisfactory for dine-in.
This was our first visit, and we found the restaurant easily. It has a pleasant, airy atmosphere with plenty of seating for larger groups. We were seated quickly and ordered coffee, but unfortunately, my cup was quite dirty with old coffee stains. We also ordered a bowl of oatmeal, but it was almost solid and not enjoyable. My breakfast plate featured bacon, which was tasty, but the potatoes were cold. I requested poached eggs cooked medium-hard, but they turned out watery, and even the whites weren't fully cooked. I really wanted to like this place and hope that our experience was just a one-off, as the breakfast didn’t meet our expectations. On a positive note, it is very kid-friendly.
Super cute place. Service was excellent. Will definitely be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
