I rarely voice my complaints, but this Dunkin' location is disappointing. The staff can be rude, the place is often dirty, and my orders are consistently wrong. On a positive note, there is one employee who is incredibly kind and attentive to her responsibilities. I really wish I knew her name!
I am very disappointed. I was craving a donut, so I picked up a dozen from what they had on display. At 11:30 AM, the donuts looked decent, but when I took a closer look at the front rows, I realized the ones I received were more like dried, stale, days-old donuts. Never again! Next time I'm in the mood for a treat, I'll just make my own.
Dunkin' still has some improvements to make, but they offer a fantastic breakfast and an excellent variety of coffee options.
The service was terrible at driving through. I ordered two things and they got 1/2 wrong. I asked about bagel sandwich and specifically asked for sesameful when she asked what kind of bagel and they gave me a croissant. it seems as if they wanted to get rid of humans as soon as possible without checking what they ordered, although I was the only one in the line. this is the closest to my house and I will always drive 10 minutes to the next one, just to avoid this place!
