Um...Cream I mean what kind of... read more Iced coffee drive thru experience: What can I get you? I would like a medium iced coffee. What kind kind of creamers do you have? Um...Cream I mean what kind of alternate creamers do you have? We have a whole, skim, and cream Let me rephrase this. What kind of alternative, non dairy creamers do you have? Well, if you consider oat, almond, soy or coconut as alternative...we have those. I will take a medium iced coffee with coconut milk. At the window I watch him feel the cup about halfway with coconut milk. He drops a few ice cubes in it and put coffee in the last half of an inch of cup left. I'm sorry, but I ordered iced coffee with coconut milk not coconut milk with a splash of iced coffee. He was visibly annoyed by it when I handed the cup back to him and asked him to dump out most of the coconut milk as there was way too much in there. This was a surreal experience.

Never a problem until... read more If I could leave 0 stars I would. I periodically stop at Dunkin Donut for an iced coffee with pumps of mocha... pretty standard and easy. Never a problem until I stopped in at this location this past weekend. First the guy taking orders and giving you the drinks has zero personality, manners or care for a decent product. We were driving through the area so grabbed our drinks (commenting to each other about his zero attitude) and moved on to our next stop. Several miles down the road we both take a sip of our coffees and cannot believe how horrible they taste. My husband thought his iced latte was the worst but after tasting mine he agreed mine was worst. The coffee tasted like it was old... not even drinkable. We threw out both of our coffees immediately. Next time we will check the reviews because I now see we are not the only ones complaining about disgusting products. This person needs to be fired and Dunkin Donuts needs to regain their consistency with other locations. We will never return. This drink is still in my mind as I write this. Absolutely disgusting... dirty dish water comes to mind.

M... read more Awful service I went through yesterday. Not from the area but use DD almost daily. I ALWAYS order iced caramel coffee with cream and sugar. Did this trip too. My Daughter in the car heard me order as well. Guy at window very lackluster, gave me weird look about my payment method of card plus cash. He then handed it to me, with zero enthusiasm if not disgust. I took a sip horrible super bitter dark not a bit of cream or sugar. I go back through his personality same if not more irritated he makes it reluctantly hands it back, I had to ask for straw. He again made it same way. I left thinking what a jerk. But after driving a block I think wait this is MY hard earned money I want it right. I go back. Lobby locked. No answer on drive thru order screen, went to window knocked, sat there ten mins he never returned. Milk creamers all on counters opened no lids, not refrigerated. I notice the caramel pump on another counter, with less than an inch of caramel in the container. There was food straws napkins change on ground outside of window which was filthy. I'm disgusted perturbed irritated and baffled as to why this guy curly hair twenties tattoos even works there he obviously hates it and if I was a manager he'd be fired. Not even an efficient employee. He's rude unprofessional and lazy. I will 100% never stop here again ever. I deserve my money back at the least.
