During the busier times of the day, it would be helpful to have more than just the self-serve register open. I only wanted to pay for gas but ended up waiting in a long line for the self-serve. Meanwhile, an employee was standing nearby, busy with other tasks instead of stepping up to open a register and help clear the line.

I appreciate that their menu includes unique and useful items like phone chargers, bracelets, plushies, accessories, and seasonal products that are hard to find elsewhere.
