Now that I’m living... read more I used to absolutely love coming here for Prime Rib night about eight years ago, but due to circumstances, I hadn’t been back in many years. Now that I’m living nearby again, I was really excited to return for some of that delicious Prime Rib. Unfortunately, I was deeply disappointed. The waitress was great, but the food was terrible. The Prime Rib was cold and lacked flavor—it tasted more like it had been boiled. I asked for mashed potatoes since baked weren’t an option, and they were clearly from a box, drenched in an oily, melted butter substitute that was overwhelmingly greasy. As for the mixed vegetables, they were overcooked to the point of being mushy and had lost all color. I know this place can do much better and really needs to consider hiring a new chef to restore its reputation. Please let me know when improvements are made—I’d be happy to come back.
