We sent back the cooked breakfast and received a hotter plate the next time. The tea and coffee were lukewarm as well. The service was not great, and the fact that simple things were not done properly makes you question the quality of the entire establishment. Overall, not a great experience. Service: Dine in.

We were left at the entrance 4 of us and 2 kids then obviously the waiter decided they don’t want that many, told us will have to wait 20 minutes. The restaurant was not that full. The restaurant had friendly staff unfortunately not longer the case.

They added a service charge to our bill at the restaurant. When we inquired with the waitress if this was her tip, she informed us that it was for the managemen... read more They added a service charge to our bill at the restaurant. When we inquired with the waitress if this was her tip, she informed us that it was for the management. I was surprised by this, as I couldn't understand why management would need additional money. I chose not to pay the service charge and felt the need to caution other customers about this practice.

My only issue was a customer at the next table had her very small dog with her and... read more Had lovely lunch with friend yesterday and waitress was lovely and friendly. My only issue was a customer at the next table had her very small dog with her and she had it on the seats and was feeding it titbits on the table. Like the fact it's dog friendly inside as I own dogs but letting them eat off the table made me feel physically sick and none of the staff said anything to her!
