Recently, I ordered a pizza deal online from Sandhurst for £19.99 which included 2 medium pizzas. The delivery was prompt and the driver was friendly, leaving the order at a safe distance on my doorstep. The pizzas were hot, delicious, and the best I have had so far. I ordered pizza tonight and waited for an hour before it arrived cold. When I called to complain, I was told that they were busy and offered a discount, which was already listed on their website. I also had to mention a previous order with minimal sauce and pepperoni, prompting them to add extra toppings this time. However, the pizza was still cold. Been here a number of times. Always find the service quick and friendly. The prices are reasonable and food always good.
The food was excellent as always however they need to update the website. You have to keep logging out and refreshing it to see when they are likely to deliver

I am very disappointed with this experience and will not be ordering from them again. It seems like there may have been a change in ownership, but that is no excuse. I will be going to Domino's next time.
