After a long ride, we craved a nice Sunday dinner and wanted to avoid the typical large chain pubs. The Plow turned out to be exactly what we were looking for, and we were very pleased we chose to stop there. The atmosphere was lovely, the food was delicious, and the service was friendly. We'll definitely be back, and we highly recommend it to others!
The food is consistently high quality, and the staff is friendly. The seating areas, both indoor and outdoor, are lovely—making it a great spot for a meal or just a casual drink. The only downside is that they close a bit early, around 10 PM, although that's likely due to licensing rather than their own choice.
This restaurant offers a great selection of vegan options, from Shy Cakes to Move Mountains Burgers. I tried the Shy Cake, and it was a generous portion for £9—definitely recommend it!
Great customer service, great table service, good food and a fine selection of drinks. What else could you ask? You should rename it 'Great Plough'
