I found this place online when searching for local Cafes for lunch. My partner knew of it so we went along. It doesn't have street front presence but is nestled in a little pocket of industrial /commercial businesses. They serve up campos coffee and have a basic menu of brekkies and burgers for lunch. Also a cabinet selection. The burgers were lovely, very fresh and filling - ranges from steak to lamb, chicken and be... View all feedback.

I work in this complex and eat there 2-3 times a month due to convenience. The quality of the food is good mostly but its prices are more like what you would expect at Bulimba. View all feedback.
I'm not kidding, this café has some of the best food in all of Brisbane. You must try the burgers, especially the specials. The soft homemade buns alone are worth the visit. I give it a 10/10 rating.
Great hidden find in brendaleFor a coffee snob this place delivers a great brew using campos beans . The beef burger was perfect fresh and tasty with the option of chips or salad on the side . Will be back , and I can see why people are talking about this great little place.
Great food, Great service, Great value. Close to work, my husband I love going to the Boiler Room for lunch. The food is great: Steak Sandwich, always tender, on fresh yummy buns, served with Chips is my favorite, and only $8!!! What's not to like about that?!?! We generally eat in: the cafe is small-ish, scrupulously clean, with an mini-orb timber decor, and seating inside or outside. You can also have takeaway.<br/ <br/ The girls are very professional, but friendly, and there's always something tempting in the cabinet to nibble on in the afternoon with a Coffee.<br/ <br/ Boiler Room Cafe is my first choice for a quick lunch that's great value, but most of all, tastes great!
The service was exceptional and the beef burger at this restaurant is hands down the best in Brisbane! I highly recommend this place.
This charming hidden café is located in the industrial area of Brendale. When we arrived, there was only one waitress serving a couple of customers before attending to us. Despite being busy, she was friendly and quickly prepared our coffees. Although we didn't have a chance to look at the food menu, we enjoyed our coffee and will definitely return.
