McDonald's - Bracken Ridge

The McDonald's at Arana Hills is pretty modern, it has a McCafe and touch screens for creating your own burger as part of the new Create Your Taste menu.

I really enjoy hearing the ice-cream machine was not functioning. However I was greeted with a lovely smile which my kids giggled at. THANKS!

Called in for a quick coffee and sundaes after dinner on Saturday night. Don't like the self-serve menu but glad you can still go to the counter and order from a real person. Quite busy at 8pm on a Saturday night but no delay experienced on our visit.

Reliably terrible every time. You never get what you want. What you get is rubbish. Staff are hopeless. But worst of all, nobody cares when you complain. Last time I called a new Store Manager told me he knew how bad their reputation was, and he was going to fix it. Didn't happen. The 'don't give a ****' culture has survived there for years, and will continue to survive. Sundaes melt while you wait, fries are cold, undercooked, underfilled, burgers are cold and sloppy, and there is never everything in the bag that you ordered. Went there the other night and went in for dessert - waited literally 28 minutes for two sundaes and a McFlurry - the first 10 minutes we waited while the shift manager was on the phone with an obviously disgruntled customer. Then some poor guy who had been waiting longer than us was told they didn't have what he wanted - and all he wanted was loaded fries. They find new and different ways to mess things up and disappoint every time we go there. We drive past there and go to Warner or Grovely - and only go the Albany Creek if we're absolutely desperate.

Okay. Orders are generally okay and orders correct. However delays can occur in peak times. Also shop layout changes has hindered clear access to outside area.
