Cafe Mirchi - Bracken Ridge

I got take away from this restaurant and had fairly low expectations when I called to order. However, I was absolutely blown away by the speed of service, the friendliness of the staff, the incredible quality of the food and what great value for money the meals were. If the take away service is anything to go by, I would happily dine in, and look forward to the opportunity.

The kofta was lacking in flavor, the prawns in the dish were very chewy, and the garlic naan was bland and doughy. Overall, we were quite disappointed with the meal. The rice was okay.

I've been wanting to try this restaurant for a long time. Unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. The food was sloppy and not fresh. The only positive was that the delivery was fast. I do not recommend this place.

I have always loved the food at this restaurant and typically eat here 2-3 times a month. However, today's meal was just average, tasting like generic curry sauces and with smaller portion sizes. It seems like there may have been a change in ownership. I hope they go back to the delicious dishes I've enjoyed for years, as cutting corners will definitely drive away customers.

Would recommend it to anyone as very good quality and tasty Indian food. It is the best Indian i have eaten for a long time.
