Delicious noodles View all feedback.
We went to this restaurant with the specific goal of trying their hand-pulled biang biang noodles (youpo mian), and they did not disappoint. We ordered a few different variations, including the chili oil noodles and the Qi Shan style dry noodles with pork. The noodles were fresh and chewy, and while we found the sauce to be very flavorful, it was a bit on the oily side. The other dishes also looked appealing. Although it was quite busy, the service was quick, and the prices were reasonable.
The noodles are quite good, especially the cold noodle dish. The atmosphere is also pleasant for a quick lunch.
--- I bookmarked this restaurant after reading Kan Do's review four months ago and visited for dinner last night around 5:30 PM. Since they don’t take an afternoon break, there were already some tables occupied. I found the menu quite extensive. After referencing a list of the top 10 street foods in Xi'an from a TV show, we decided to order Set M1, which included the Original Cold Noodle, Mini Burger, and Shredded Pancake in Mutton Soup. The Set M1 arrived quickly, which was unexpected since our friends had warned us about long wait times for the dishes. I can’t confirm the authenticity of the Cold Noodle's texture, but the taste was delicious and well-balanced—4 out of 5. The mini burger wasn’t the best in regard to the bun's texture, but the taste was still enjoyable—3 out of 5. The soup took about 10 minutes to come out. When it arrived, I was drawn in by the diced noodles, and after some research, I found out that this is the proper way to prepare the soup. The mutton was tender, indicating it had been slow-cooked, and the flavor was rich—4.5 out of 5. That said, I did find it a little pricey compared to the other dishes on the menu. Overall, I appreciate having another dining option available for dinner and would certainly recommend it.
Located in calamvale central. You can access the from outside and also inside the shipping centre. Big portion, very reasonably priced. Clean decor.Lots of meat in meat dish which is happiness.
Really surprised by the low ratings here. This place seems to be always busy and the fresh hand made noodles are very authentic and has great texture. One of my favourite dishes is the tomato and egg noodle. The vermicelli hot pots are also great. Very filling, good portions, clean and balanced flavours. Service is always polite and friendly on the few ocassions I have been here.
