WOW. Every kebab shop in the local area should come here and try Taksims HSP. Every ingredient is cooked perfectly and does not have any short-cuts on quality. Ive been in search for a place that still uses thick cut chips in their HSPs and this spot is the only one Ive eaten at in the local area that sill does it. Mixed Kebab Plate was phenomenal. I got mine with rice. Salad was crisp and fresh, meat was tender and juicy. Portion was massive- enough for two people.
