I cant remember how many times I have been here . It never disappointed me . Polite and super efficient staff . Absolutely love their house noodles and chili oil . The best ramen in town for sure . Very good price too View all feedback.
The Tonkotsu Ramen here is reliably good. While on walkabout at Carindale Shopping Centre, Phuong Tran suggests we visit for lunch. Warmly greeted by staff, we place our orders and seat ourselves. <br/ <br/ Lunch is served in 15 minutes. Our Original and Black Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen are nicely presented and delicious. Love the Pork broth, al dente Ramen, thick slices of Pork and the lovely
Staff were very friendly.Ramen was lovely. A very comforting meal
I’m currently on a mission to visit every ramen place in Brisbane, so my next stop was obviously Shinobi Ramen in Carindale.<br/ <br/ I ordered a Tonkotsu ramen and only waited for about 5 minutes. In this time, I went to the toppings station and got a cup of lemon water, a little serving of sesame seeds and red pepper flakes.<br/ <br/ I really liked this bowl of ramen: the noodles were the right amount of firmness, the pork was incredibly tender, the fungus was a nice bit of texture and a bit of green onion with each mouthful was delicious. The amount of pork in the serving was very generous. The broth was so rich and thick, I really liked it. The egg was really yummy, creamy and had the right amount of salt. However, I didn’t enjoy the nori that much in the soup. <br/ <br/ I would definitely come back to this restaurant and would highly recommend it. Enjoy
Personally I’m not a huge fan of ramen but my friend is a total ramen enthusiast and we both thought the ramen here was incredible! Chicken karaage was also very good. Bonus points for friendly staff and food arriving reasonably quick.
Been here on quite a few occasions. Food is delicious but happened to be sitting on the side where the artificial bamboo plants are situated and was absolutely shocked at the extremely thick layers of built up dust completely covering the entire volume of bamboo. Quite off putting whilst eating my meal as I’m sure that the volume of dust would have certainly weighed more than the plant itself. Come on guys .<br/
