This restaurant has very friendly shop owners who clearly take the utmost care in their work. The spicy chicken curry was just how I’d imagine it’d taste; the curry is not too heavy in terms of flavour but more subtle. It’s not too soupy in terms of its viscosity. The chicken Katsu was fried very well, although I did get take away and by the time I got home it was a little bit hard on the outside. Service: Take out View all feedback.
What D P doesn't like about Mr Curry:
Used to be a great franchise. Used to be very generous serves. Now prices have gone up a lot and size has gone down. The staff who served today was counting the chopped up bits of chicken they put on the bowl and then started pulling pieces of chicken out of the bowl and chucking it back into the hot box. Had the chicken chips and curry sauce , tasted amazing ,chips cooked in clean oil and chicken tasted fresh , thank you guys
I ordered the spicy chicken curry from this establishment. There was a nice between curry, rice and chicken and I didn't find myself eating an excessive amount of one particular food item. The spicy chicken however had no spicy to my disappointment and is my only criticism of this restaurant. Overall this was a inoffensive experience with nothing in particular to be noted. I looooove Mr curry. The owner of the restaurant is so sweet and I love the curry chips.
