El Burrito Downunder

Finally a restaurant that has you rushing to post a review for ALL THE RIGHT reasons! What a Gem this place is! Went on a Friday night to find the service exemplary, the atmosphere comfortable and pleasing, and the food; well for a husband who is always banging on about table manners and not chewing your bones 'disgusting ' I was so surprised by his lack of all such things being overwhelmed by how delicious all the food, especially his Tbone was I saw him chew the first and only bone in his life and I had to beg him to stop embarrassing me in public haha I couldn 't eat all my main due to being stuffed from sharing 2 amazing entrees and cocktails, and was saved any imagined humiliation when the attentive service approached me knowingly and considerately assisted me to take the 95% of my almost untouched meal home without fuss.  There is not a thing I could fault with this restaurant, in fact after writing this I can 't resist booking a table for tonight, its that good!!  Great Success.

Very good authentic Mexican restaurant. Great decor and ambience accompanied by superb friendly service. Food is fresh, tasty and arrives quickly. Would recommend for a good feed on authentic Mexican grub : yum

We have been dining at StLucia for years and never even looked at the mexican restaurant as its 'down stairs ' and not on the street front.  What a shock !  This place is awesome, just like being at a mexican restaurant in San Diego !  Great staff and the food was fantastic.  everything is made on the premises even the corn chips. so they told us.  give it a go, I will be telling everyone I know about this one, top marks!!

Really lovely staff, made us feel welcome and brought food/menus/drinks over promptly. Excellent margaritas and food was tasty although the portions were maybe a little too large. Enchiladas were delicious with a good amount of sour cream and guacamole although could do with some tomato or some kind of acid flavour to balance out the cheese and chicken. My friend really enjoyed their meal too and we were happy diners. Would come back here for lunch!

Went here recently with a Groupon voucher and was so happy to have discovered such a little hidden gem! The staff were super lovely and attentive and the food delicious! The decor was cheeses but fitting was a lovely experience!
