Cafe Xs At Carindale

Have not been back for nearly four years so checked it out last Sunday.<br/ Maybe it was early7:30am, I was the first table of the day. I placed an order of poached eggs with steak fillet this time (usually smoked salmon). <br/ Well, it keeps its serving of DiBella coffee, which is good because it so one of my favourite brand. Savoury dish was not bad at all despite the fillet steak was too filling for my stomach.<br/ Not a bad check.<br/ Sorry! I loved the salted caramel chocolate slice that was on offer the day I passed by with my Mum. The coffee was good too and the service great and quick. I think this cafe has a lot of choices on offer and the prices are not bad either.

Stopped for a coffee break with my mum. The coffee was delicious, no bitter after taste. Loved the macadamia tart, lots of nuts and less caramel sooo was very excited. Would definitely recommend.

Had breakfast here and was more impressed with the food than the service. It doesn 't take much to smile and I 'm pretty sure the term 'customer service ' would be somewhere in their job description. That said the scrambled eggs where fluffy, the bacon cooked perfectly and they give you generous amounts of toast not just one triangle like those cafes that use plain bread. Would have been better if they had a Turkish or cibatta but then again it was priced around $15.

A nice place for morning or afternoon tea. An awesome array of cakes and slices to chose from, other than the standard carrot cake and baked cheesecake. I love the choc pecan caramel slice. Great service too!
