This is, hands down, the most efficient drive through in town. If I might add, the staff are also personable and friendly. I like the way they literally jam 2-3 folks near the window, and everything just ends up working faster ! Enjoy !! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
When the power went out in Port Carling on July 8 we went to Tim's for coffee and breakfast. We ate inside which is lovely. But, the bacon egg muffins were dry, cold, tasteless and the egg was rubbery. They were very busy as usual so they didn't take the proper time to fully warm the english muffin or cook the bacon enough. It was certainly not worth the money and was not enjoyable. Don't go into use drive thru, they ignored me. I'm waiting and ibhad to ask someone to help me.
Lower average service from the older dame. I've seen from some sense of reason. my muffin was hard like a rock. it was the last.
This morning I sat in the line at tim’s for a full 16 minutes. When I finally got into the window, I was asked what I had ordered. I told them and they looked around and said we didn't have their order at the place I commanded them, they repeated him to me. So why, when I finally got into the window, they didn't make my coffee and when I told them that I thought that was ridiculous when I was waiting. the server stood there with the card of my voice in the hand and said nothing and seemed like I had three heads. I asked if someone would make my coffee because it was late, again, just staring into the room. Yeah, I yelled at the situation. then I was told that I should go and that they wouldn't sell me a coffee. what a sweat this place has become. I went every morning for years, but now there's no point. the service is terrible and the workers seem to have zero what they do. who always runs lukewarm, that tim’s bad.
20min for a 4 coffee from the antitically ridiculous thing with people nowadays. where is costume service nowadays. it is as if every person hires who wear Velcro shoes and cannot write names there
They need more staffing. The restaurant was neat and clean. The washroom was clean. Staff was very polite and cheerful. With covid happening, it's hard to get staff. That being said, the new staff is really trying to make it a pleasant experience at each location I have visited. Keep up the good work!
