the Dairy Bar - Bracebridge

This is a very friendly clean pleasurable diner! the environment is clean not overwhelming but affordable and charming.the menu boast a wide range of all day breakfast items as wells as traditional diner food burgers sandwiches, etc. they are eager to please and dont mind accommodating customers choices. whether a family or a couple we have never been disappointed!

I enjoyed breakfast here. My son thought it wasn't great and we had the same thing. Coffee was hot and tasty, eggs weren't overcooked, wait staff excellent. Great location downtown.

Not the place it used to be, have seen other complaints about poor hash browns and today they were terrible. Requested crispy bacon and no butter on toast.. didn't think those were all that difficult to obtain.. neither came as requested. Also had a burger which came with no condiments and were not provided by the server. We were there for over an hour for two small meals and even getting a drink refilled (coffee) was a task. Recommend going anywhere else for breakfast in Bracebridge.

What used to be our regular breakfast joint, a favourite for years, is now just your average diner. The food is decent, the prices are a bit high comparatively, the service is okay. Since the Dairy Bar changed owners it's definitely gone down hill. We no longer choose to dine here.

On our first visit we had a pretty good meal so we thought we would go back for breakfast. The wait staff were very pleasant and fast, the breakfast........well so..so..cant stand fried potatoes served not completely fried or hot, funny thing the people sitting behind us were saying the exact same thing, went to pay and heard another complaint along the same line, are the complaints falling on deaf ears? such an easy fix. This place could be a gold mine,
