Ok...so I order my pizzas, online, at 4:32. Door bell rings at 4:52... my pizza is here! This place has THE BEST pizza in Bracebridge! And the best service! Just made an online order and was told eta would be 45 minutes. An hour over the eta I tried to call with no luck so I went to the store in person and got a full refund with absolutely no care in the world that my family didn?t get their food. A phone call saying you?re running late would have been nice but this was a total we don?t care. Great job Pizza Hut Bracebridge, bravo! View all feedback.
