Mcdonald’s - Bracebridge

Normally my go to McDonald’s. However today was a not so pleasant experience. Asked for a package of mayo, my order was over $25, they charged .25 per package. Ok. Then I get my order and my burger is missing ingredients that I ordered and paid for. Brought this to their attention and a male manager came out and said well we don’t control the pricing when mentioning the fact they charge for sauce but forgot items that were paid for. They corrected the situation which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. Nothing higher due to the fact that this male manger then stood in the lobby talking about us. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional as the situation was done with.

One small mistake they accidentally didn’t take my order so I had to go inside and tell them I was there but that’s quite all right considering how friendly they were after offered me a free Oreo Mc flurry which I didn’t want but very much appreciated and they felt very bad Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food is good, coffee is like water. I’m not sure if it’s a thing across the board at McDonald’s now but they used to have incredible coffee and now it’s like hot water with a hint of coffee. Awful. Just get yourself a tea instead. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

Just stopped for coffees and a donut, but the staff was friendly, and the service and coffee were great! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
