Contribute FeedbackBoston Pizza in Bracebridge seems to have mixed reviews. While some have had disappointing experiences with poor service, greasy and poorly prepared food, others have found the service to be friendly and efficient with tasty meals. Some customers have been pleased with the $10 lunch specials and good portion sizes, while others have found the prices high for the quality and portion sizes. Overall, the restaurant's convenience along Highway 11 and the mixed experiences suggest it may be hit or miss.
Honestly, the food at this restaurant is just average. The main reasons we have visited twice in the last month are because of our server Meghan, the reasonably priced wine, our friends, and the Trivia TV screen.

Server didn't know the ingredients in the pizza crust even though she said she did. We ordered something else that we thought was pricey and mediocre. When we googled the website and found out that she was wrong we told her about it. All we got was attitude. She couldn't care less. So the whole experience was pathetic.
Another company boy this is getting old that thinks COVID is an excuse for incompetence and poor customer service. My kids ordered the large bugs with cheese...got the bugs...not so much on the cheese. This used to be a good little meal. Ordered 2 large got one large and one small..portions were ridiculously small and looked even worse in the containers they used. Spaghetti was disgusting. The beef dip was awful. Ordered by skip the dishes...asked for plates and cutlery for 4 we were in a hotel and got plastic forks for 3. I phoned and spoke to a manager who said there was really nothing they could do. They could make another order of the same terrible mac and cheese or I could call in the morning and speak to the owner. She asked what they could do to make it right..I said what about a gift certificate or ??. She said because it was with skip the dishes we would have to go through them. So all I did was order and pay for food and now she wants me to spend hours on the phone with skip the dishes and call back the next day to talk to the owner .I told her if the owner has not given her the authority to make things right then she should ask for that authority and is really not a manager at all We have been regulars at Boston Pizza for years. coming back regularly and being happy with the meals and service. Not so much now. I will never spend another cent at ANY of their locations.very disappoiinting. Dr C McCracken
Another birthday celebration with a good friend. We each had the beet/peach salad and I love it. A great waitress, too!
