Il Vagone - BRACCIANO

We visited in the evening on a weekday. It was a lovely experience, waiter very attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. Complimentary home made focaccia and even lemonchello too!! Food was exceptional typical Italian dishes, 100% recommend if you’re in the area!

New management at Vagone . Pizza has become surely better and lighter (72 hour of leavening) but the revamped local has lost some of the railway last station frontier feeling. Flawless service and good prices too. Not possible to dine outside (only a smoking lobby now) It was an experience to sit just aside the noisy passing trains.

Not very large, quiet place, ideal for families. Normal cuisine, the best dish is the lake tagliolini and the delicious fried lake fish perch. Daniela's specialty are the figurines she makes with corn pasta, which are simply fantastic and really nice!

Simple and welcoming place in the center of the town. Family run. Homemade cuisine. Daniela and Marco will pamper you with their varied list of local dishes. Must try the pachino tagliolini, rocket and lake fish...a marvel. Not to mention the fried lake fish, exceptional. The staff is friendly and the prices are great. Their nutella pizza is divine. It should absolutely be tried.
