When you book a room with view... read more Where I start....The hotel rooms are very nice, modern and spacious. There are rooms with shower or bathtub. Cleanliness is good. When you book a room with views of the mountains, you have a very beautiful view. A room at the back has a view of other houses, a sports field and the street. The reception was very friendly and the staff at the reception always tried. Since we were in the hotel with a group trip, we were placed in the outbuilding for dinner and breakfast. The quality of the food is good but unfortunately the service at breakfast does not work at all. The service staff is nice and effortless, but completely uncoordinated and partially overwhelmed. With 2 bus groups with about 70 people there was no bread, there were missing plates, the coffee machines did not work. Errors happen, this is understandable, but repeating the same mistakes several times is no longer to explain at some point. At dinner, the salad buffet consists of green salad, tomatoes, carrots and possibly chickpeas. Little change. The dessert, however, absolutely meets my taste and is excellent! The hotel is approx. 1.6 KM outside the center of Bra, but quiet.
