Toro in Bozeman, MT, once a favorite for Mexican food, disappoints with recent changes. Uncomfortable seating sets the tone for lackluster Tex-Mex dishes, with overcooked meats and unappetizing burritos. Service is rushed, and menu modifications offer few unique choices. A highlight is the chips, but they can't save the poor dining experience. The kitchen issues lead to long wait times, small portions, and underwhelming flavors. Friendly staff and clean facilities can't make up for the decline in food quality. Thankfully, there are better options in town for those seeking a satisfying Mexican meal.

The food was fantastic and the atmosphere was vibrant.
