Cold Stone Creamery - Bozeman

Ordered the swirl coffee caramel ice cream cake for our office birthday treat. The friendly staff and Jennifer did not disappoint us.

This restaurant has consistently been a wonderful spot over the years. I recently encountered a situation with a new employee who mistakenly charged me for add-ons that were supposed to be included. However, the management was very helpful and friendly in resolving the issue. They offer a fantastic selection of ice cream flavors and toppings. While they may currently be experiencing some staffing challenges, I believe these will be sorted out in time.

The young staff at this Coldstone really set it apart from other locations. Even if they weren't enjoying their work, you would never be able to tell. They were incredibly energetic and friendly—I can hardly put it into words. My friend and I ended up visiting this place twice during our three-day stay in Bozeman. While Coldstone is generally similar everywhere, this particular location truly stands out, thanks to the amazing staff. I highly recommend it! Make sure to check it out!

I visited Cold Stone on February 20 and ordered my usual ice cream, not expecting anything out of the ordinary. The staff in Bozeman were exceptionally friendly. When I received my ice cream, I reached for my debit card, and the server told me it was on the house. He is truly one of the nicest young people, around 17 to 19 years old, I've ever encountered. I'm also here on vacation, and this thoughtful gesture made my experience even better. Great job, Cold Stone! If you see this, please find that young employee and give him a raise.
