It has changed hands since we were last in Bozel (2015), now from a young couple with the dining tables at the back of the bar instead of in the separate restaurant rooms to the side as before. The decor was modernized. There was a lively young crowd both tourists skiers and locals alike while drinking. A very large selection of local beers on ****. Local dogs seemed very welcome and were all good behavior, vain and given treats from the bar maid. The music started quite loud for the top apres ski time, but at the time we sat at our table it was not so loud, so it was ok to chat at the table. Football play on the big TV screen. Very friendly staff who managed to serve both at the bar and keep the diners happy. The chef had to come back for the 4 of us who ordered all raclettes and we saw that he came back for us with a full wheel of cheese! Raclette was good with many sausages and salads to go with the cheese and the children loved their pizza. The round of shots offered by genepi on the house at the end of our meal was a nice touch! A nice friendly experience, although probably not the place for a quiet romantic meal, but great if you want a lively atmosphere and local color!
