Yum! We usually stay away from ice cream, but we were on vacation and it looked really good. So we ordered two cones which were large and the server very nicely put them upside down in a cup for easier eating. I had a dark chocolate with deep chocolate chunks and my husband had a cherry mixture. Both were excellent! A good mid afternoon pick me up for sure. The place also had candy and other sweet treats. Kilwins offers a beautiful selection of items, but it may not be suitable for those on a low carb or keto diet, or for diabetics on vacation seeking a sweet treat. They only offer one option for no sugar added ice cream, which is not very appetizing. It might be best to avoid this place if you fall into those categories. View all feedback.
Omg, I went in looking for a birthday gift for mother. I found what I was looking for and the super friendly staff took the time to make a gift bag with ribbons and bows that looked so festive. I was very pleased!
My husband I stooped in for some ice cream tonight. I ordered chocolate turtle. It was extra salty and I told the person the issue. She ignored my questions and I ended up throwing my expensive ice cream away!
Great little shop. Every time I've stopped for ice cream or candy, it's always been a pleasant experience. In trouble with the wife? Daughters moody and unresponsive? Kilwins has you covered. Chocolate is always more effective than flowers, and their selection is awesome.
I highly recommend Boyne City Kilwin’s! The owner, Gayle, went above and beyond to deliver a birthday basket to my daughter in a nearby city. Fantastic customer service!
