What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
Stale Bagels! I just walked through the ride at 2:35. I didn't order a simple bagel with butter roasted. The bagel was hard and stabbed. I went back through the line and said I needed a new bagel because it was stale. She was nice to me and gave me a replacement. He was as hard and stale. This time moved away and went elsewhere for a snack. View all feedback.
They would think because it's a branch that all their donuts would be the same, NO! Glazed Donut without glaze down and up was melted! Add to cart Rd DD so much better

Amazing tasting iced coffee. The only thing I'd improve on is the lack of friendliness of worker. She handed me my coffee. I smiled at her thanked her. She never said your welcome nor smiled back. Instead, walked away from me in a hurry. My business there didn't seem appreciated at all. I expect more from DD usually get my friendliness reciprocated.
Coffee is always ready when I order ahead. When you do drive through sometimes the line is out to the road but they do their best to keep it going fast. Just redid the place and it's very nice.
I ordered 2 bacon, egg and cheese wraps. I ended up getting 2 egg and cheese bagels. Then I looked in my bag and found bacon all over the bottom of the bag and I ordered hashbrowns and I never received those.
