The burger flavors are fantastic, but the restaurant itself is freezing, and there’s no evident heating (I even had to wear my outdoor jacket at times). The young staff were indifferent, and at times, quite rude. For $16, I was given just a small burger on a plate, without any fries or sides, which you have to pay extra for. I left feeling cold and hungry.
Unfortunately for us it was a very cold evening and there was no heating inside It got so cold that we ended up asking for our meals to be packed up so we could take them home and eat in comfort The food was delicious and the service was good, it was just the temperature felt sub zero which spoilt our evening
I have never been so cold in my life. Sitting in doors being served by staff in puffer jackets . Everyone blowing steam into the air. It was freezing. Ridiculous. Perhaps tell clients so they wear their ski gear. Food, staff great but would not go back or recommend as it was just unpleasant being so cold.
