A few pizzas for a group dinner picked up. the caffe itself was pretty and pretty full when I arrived. the service was a little behind, but nothing to complain. they have to expect when wood-fired pizzas are ordered. the pizzen were simple, rustic pizzas, not the overloaded, naughty American style cakes. the toppings were fresh and tasty, but there were the crusts that were the real star of these pizzas. beautiful and thin, a bit chewy and with a bit black on the edges. as thin crust they did not keep their heat in the drive of bowral after midday, but this did not depart from the joy of them. if they are looking for pizza in the south...read more

Solid Italian cuisine! local rave over this place, but was surprised by the rating on zomato. definitiw a strong 4/5. had pizza (excellent,) lasagne (very good) and truffle gnocchi (good) and a wonderful evening!
