Horrible rude, unhelpful staff [male] working Sat Jan 14 at 3pm. Argued with me for 10 minutes when they made the sub wrong and said he won't re-make. When I asked to speak to a manager he told me come back Monday. Then was rude about giving me the combo that I paid for. Threw my subs at me in the end since I wouldn't leave till he re-made. I dont beleave I'm about to say it but... If anyone has seen my lettuce my sub is missing it. I don't know why it's not full like usual but it's a sad empty sub Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
Don't honor Subway promotions. Bad customer service. Avoid this location. Service: Take out
Walked in to get a sub, greeted with a sigh by the employee saying they close in 12 minutes. Yes I got there late, but why have your sign say open if you are unable to help your customers ? Mentally checked out then go home, your a customer service rep your job is to work. Be more considerate next time and I wouldn’t advise giving a thumbs up when a customer expresses they are unhappy with your reaction
The food would tasted weird and the staff was mean and unprofessional and when we asked them to toast the sandwich they didn’t toast it properly
