Subway - Bowmanville

Great customer service. for a steak n cheese sandwich stopped, everything was great: service, taste, fresh of sweet. very beautiful subway location

I have a meatball for me and cold cut for my mother. my lower part looked like a dog stole it and was soggy and rough. my mother was stabbed and the flesh had mold.

It's an OK Subway store . I have been to better stores and a few worse stores . Freshness of product was OK. Amount of food could have been bigger and service was OK. All of our local restaurants have been hit hard during Co-Vid 19, Please get out and support our local restaurants.

I give it 1 because I cant give it 0 Waited a good 20 minutes or more to be served as there was one employee in the place. I ordered the mac and cheese and they were out....again I then ordered 2 soups.....enough for one. I was not feeling well and did not have the energy to stop at another place, so ordered 2 grilled bacon and cheese and the 1 soup. The employee ran to the back as she had to get another bun from the freezer and nuke it to thaw. A disappointment from start to finish. I will be going to Subway from now on

I've always received accurate service from the ladies who have served me, and they've been incredibly friendly as well. While it can get busy during the lunch rush, they manage it exceptionally well. I witnessed one staff member, I believe her name was Brit or Bree, handle a very frustrating customer who was ahead of us. She truly went above and beyond for both me and the other customer, despite the rudeness directed at her.
