I recently visited Win Yeung Garden for lunch and had some of the most delicious sweet and sour chicken, fried rice, and egg rolls I have ever had! It was really good! View all feedback.
What Amani Doyle doesn't like about Coronation Restaurant:
I realise this place has some good reviews and i dont expect much from Chinese fast food but the meals we had for take out here were abysmal. Firstly shrimp fried rice ,dry and highly salted, chicken chow mein was wet and mushy,Kung pao chicken should...More View all feedback.
We had takeout last week and were quite pleased with the quantity and taste overall. Traditional Cantonese style food, including very good egg rolls.Drawback in our view was excessive breading on the chicken balls etc. We will definitively order again, but concentrate on un-breaded meat such as ribs, wings, un-breaded fish & shrimp etc.Worth ordering from this place. We will be back.
Its typical Canadian Chinese food. The food is good, the service is decent and the overall value is good

Great value for our family of 5. The chicken in the dishes and chicken balls was all white meat. The food was very fresh tasting! We will be back!
As other have mentioned the one thing to avoid here is anything deep fried eg sweet and sour chicken. These are chicken pieces encapsulated in a thick layer of breading and deep fried. There is more breading than chicken and in one there was no chicken. This is obviously premade frozen product deep fried and served with a ready made sauce. That said, the chicken fried rice and chow mein were good. The Kung Po chicken was tasty but bulked out heavily with celery - just give me less to save picking it out - it's not a real part of any Chinese food ! The portions are big - a meal for 2 will easily serve 3 so go easy on what you order.
