P2o5 - Bowling Green

Description
At this restaurant, the dining experience is a blend of commendable service and notable inconsistencies in food quality. While the staff is friendly and accommodating, diners encounter slow service, particularly between ordering and receiving their meals. The pork chop is often perfectly cooked, but sides can be overcooked or overly seasoned, and stale bread detracts from the meal. Celebratory moments, such as birthdays, may fall short due to delays in serving desserts. Breakfast, however, shines as a highlight, offering a more positive experience overall. While the ambiance is appealing, guests may want to consider alternative dining options for dinner.
Feedback
On a positive note, the service we received was excellent. The food quality in this restaurant was satisfactory, but there were a few issues. The bread served was unfortunately stale. The vegetables and sides that accompanied the main dish were overcooked and overly seasoned. The pork chop was cooked to a perfect medium, which we appreciated. Since it was my birthday, we decided to share a dessert, but we ended up waiting an excessively long time for it to be brought to our table, despite there only being two other tables occupied at the time. The wait between placing our order and receiving our food was not acceptable. On the brighter side, we visited this restaurant for breakfast on another occasion, and that experience was much better, with everything served nicely. Overall, I wouldn't recommend the dinner options here.
Ask for no sauce on the pork chop, and it came out with a fig jam on top. Really ruined the meal. My friends said their Fish was good. When I asked for it to be reserved, they brought back a Luke warm chop and a cake dish. Very poor presentation. Would skip this restaurant as there are much better ones at the resort . Good place for breakfast, not dinner
Great food and service. The server was very friendly and offered honest recommendations. All four of us enjoyed the appetizers and dishes that we ordered.
