Smokin' Joe's Bbq - Bowling Green

If you're looking for a fancy place, this restaurant is not it, but the tastiness of the food definitely makes up for everything else! The flavor is beyond delicious ? and the meat portions are generous. This is one of those places that is worth taking a road trip for!!!

Smokin’ Joe's BBQ is an actual smoke pit barbecue joint. It's as authentic as it gets! The portion sizes are enormous. Any place that gives banana pudding as a choice of side is fantastic. The barbecue sandwich plate was so good that I ordered one for them to go for later.

On the search for bbq. Maybe it was good on the day. but now it's terrible. no warning from another bbq, but I will not stop again.

Very old time building that looks like it should be abandoned from outside. the inner looks like it was decorated in 1970, but it was very clean. the server was friendly and brought my pulled pork sandwich fast. it was amazing, and the part would easily feed two people. I ate until I could not bite anymore and almost half of it took home. the baked beans were loaded with meat and the mac and cheese was made definitiw to house. I will stop this place regularly from now on.

Best pulled pork and potato salad I've ever had! I ordered a large order of pulled pork with mac n cheese and potato salad. the pulled swarm was so delicate, tasteful and had only enough of this smokey taste! only disappointment was the mac n-cheese, it was nothing to write after home. it was still not too bad, only smeared load bought. very generous portion size, as they make several meals from this one delicious order! can not wait to visit again!
