Yes the workers aren't particularly friendly (you would be, too, if you were paid minimum wage). However, the food isso good that it's silly to act like the antics aren't worth it. I'll happily wait for that Italian sandwich again. 10/10. Sidenote: try the dream bar

The lady who finished mask was below her nose. The cashier who made my shake didn't have a mask at all. I'm done with thislocation. Hello, I'm a frequent visitor of your Bowie store. It's too many young people there no Sr. Person. I always getthe same thing. Lately, the shakes haven't been as good. Since the whipped cream cherry was taken away, I really need a goodtasting shake. I started asking for extra strawberries. Last visit, a young guy made me wait for my shake to be poured tookthe lady behind me. Today, I explained what happened wanted another shake maker. They gave me the runaround said it'll be await because the strawberries were frozen. It wasn't that doesn't make sense. Lady said she'd make it but still had him makingit with her. In the future, I'll get them from Five Guys. Thanks!

Very bad vibes and rude which I don?t understand because I?m not sure how he thinks he gets paid. And go punish me for ordering a sandwich I guess I got one piece ofeach type of meat. It was my first time trying potbelly and I hear it?s very good so it can?t be standard to sell such asandwich so I will try it again and maybe I will get lucky and not agitate the staff

I noticed mold/mildew around the hand washin... read more I usually love potbelly sandwiches, and this use to be my favorite location, but sadly it?s slowly going down hill. I noticed mold/mildew around the hand washing sink area, the sandwich station was a mess, the young staff members were not being sanitaryand talked over the food. One of the staff members only changed 1 of their gloves after working at the register, then went on tomake food. I asked for a shake and none of the staff wanted to make it, so I had to wait well after my sandwich was done, whensomeone finally decided to do it?. I?m just disappointed because I love a good sandwich and I hope they will clean up, get newstaff, and improve.

Counter staff was friendly and efficient with fulfilling our order. Our food was great, as usual with Potbelly! The BLTA sandwich is satisfyingand tasty. Perfect portions and flavor. Too hungry to snap photos, once again. After finishing our meal and walking out, it wasfunny to see a random portrait of hometown celebrity, JC Chasez on the wall. Give this place a try for a great lunch!
