This morning, I received... read more I typically don't have any issues with this restaurant, but they should never make substitutions without consulting the customer first. This morning, I received an order that was completely incorrect. They replaced two plain donuts (which I can eat) with an apple fritter (which I cannot eat) without my knowledge. It is important to respect dietary restrictions and allergies when preparing orders. In the future, they should always speak with the customer before making any substitutions. Delivery service and meal type were average, with prices ranging from $20-30 per person. Overall, I would rate the food and service a 2 out of 5.

When I questioned why... read more I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin Donuts location! The cashier charged me an extra $0.50 because I requested no ice in my drink. When I questioned why I was being charged more for not having ice, the cashier refused to give me a clear answer. When I asked to speak to the manager, she claimed to be the manager herself. When I requested the corporate number, she simply said "I don't know." She also refused to provide her name. I will never return to this Dunkin Donuts and will be contacting corporate to address this issue. This was the rudest Dunkin employee I have ever encountered.
