Dunkin' - Bowie

I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin Donuts location! The cashier charged me an extra $0.50 because I requested no ice in my drink. When I questioned why I was being charged more for not having ice, the cashier refused to give me a clear answer. When I asked to speak to the manager, she claimed to be the manager herself. When I requested the corporate number, she simply said "I don't know." She also refused to provide her name. I will never return to this Dunkin Donuts and will be contacting corporate to address this issue. This was the rudest Dunkin employee I have ever encountered. The dessert was fantastic. Service for takeout was good. This was a dinner meal. Food received a rating of 5, service a rating of 4, and atmosphere a rating of 4.

You won't find a better Dunkin. The food and drinks at this location are consistent and the employees tend to be efficient and helpful. That's really all you can ask for with a franchise, hence the 5 stars. My wife and I are a frequent visitors and have not been let down once, and I couldn't say that about any other Dunkin we've frequented.
