So we get no cheese n mustard on our hamburg... read more When u place an order for ur food u expect to get that. We ordered 2 big jack combos with cheese n no mustard $18). So we get no cheese n mustard on our hamburgers! Too tired to go back. Yes this was take out. Then this a.m. the power was out in Ranburne area. My son gets 2 coffee's 3.50) n brings home. It tasted old n burnt n we threw it out. Luckily our power came on just before my son came home. Ur business needs to tell employees to get the orders right! And serve good food/drinks. Times r hard yes for eveyone) don't make it worse!

Then... read more Haven’t been in a while and I remember why. Rude employees. While taking my order all they just repeat “what else” over and over. Come on Jacks. Do better. Then proceeds to hand me my drink and pours some out of the drive thru window and it splashed on my car. The drink is leaking but the guy hands it over anyway. I had to ask for napkins. Also didn’t get my dipping sauce. Ugh
