I have visited various Jack's locations at different times, and they are generally similar in most aspects. However, my experience at the Bowdon location was not impressive during this visit. The drink counter was dirty with spills all over the counter. The service was not great, but it was fair. Good food most of the time. Employees somewhat helpful. They are always chatting loudly and leaning on counters and not into their job for the most. The chicken is hit or miss. Their timing is off cooking the chicken and the crust is so hard you cannot eat it.
On day shift the food is great and wait time is never very long. The only problem i have is with night shift. They over cook things and you have to wait in line for a few mins.
I understand that everyone is struggling right now but the consistent decline in food quality and customer service is getting be infuriating. And when addressing an issue or asking questions you are treated as a nuisance This is my toasted bfst sandwich(not) and 1 of 3 in my 3 pc tender meal!
Jacks is pretty good place to go here in Bowdon. Sometimes they're out of stuff like the last time I was there they were out of chicken. Well chicken with bones. We all had to order chicken tenders which wasn't what we wanted.
